Resumen
Se realizó un estudio de mercado para la comercialización de Vinos Don Julián, en la Región Brunca, con el objetivo de conocer la demanda, identificar el mercado meta y analizar la oferta. Además, se realizó un diagnóstico de la capacidad instalada para la producción y distribución del vino. Se utilizó la investigación exploratoria y descriptiva. La población en estudio fueron consumidores de vinos y establecimientos comerciales, para los cuales se definieron puntos estratégicos para la recolección de la información en Pérez Zeledón, Osa, Buenos Aires, Coto Brus, Corredores y Golfito. Las conclusiones indican aspectos positivos para la oferta y demanda del producto y la capacidad instalada es idónea para la producción y distribución del vino.
A market study was conducted for the commercialization of Don Julián wines in the Brunca Region, with the aim of determining demand, identifying the target market, and analyzing supply. In addition, an assessment of the installed capacity for wine production and distribution was carried out. Exploratory and descriptive research was used. The study population consisted of wine consumers and commercial establishments, for which strategic points were defined for data collection in Pérez Zeledón, Osa, Buenos Aires, Coto Brus, Corredores, and Golfito. The conclusions indicate positive aspects for the supply and demand of the product, and the installed capacity is suitable for wine production and distribution.
