Control documental del Cantón de San Rafael de Heredia, desde su fundación el 28 mayo de 1885 hasta el 2006

Abstract

Realiza un diagnóstico de la producción documental del cantón de San Rafael de Heredia desde 1885 hasta el 2006, se hace el control documental de éste y además se realiza un análisis estadístico de dicha producción documental. La investigación es de tipo descriptiva y tiene un enfoque mixto, cualitativo y cuantitativo. Los sujetos que contribuyeron a la investigación fueron: tres personas nativas del cantón (Guillermo Bogantes Bonilla, Tarsicio Hernández Bonilla y William Ramírez Aguilar) así como varias instituciones visitadas. Los datos se recopilaron por medio del cuestionario, se utilizó una hoja de insumo normalizada con el formato MARC para la recolección de datos bibliográficos y de contenido de los documentos.

It makes a diagnosis of the documentary production of the canton of San Rafael de Heredia from 1885 to 2006, a documentary control of it is made and a statistical analysis of such documentary production is performed. The research is descriptive and has a mixed qualitative and quantitative approach. The subjects who contributed to the research were: three native people of the canton (Guillermo Bogantes Bonilla, Tarsicio Hernández Bonilla and William Ramírez Aguilar) as well as several institutions visited. The data were collected by means of a questionnaire, a standardized input sheet with the MARC format was used for the collection of bibliographic data and document content.
