Resumen
Se define el propósito del documento como orientador del Desarrollo e Implantación del software aplicativo para el control de operaciones de logística para la empresa Inversiones Schmitad S.A. División Pet Care Logistics, lo cual se constituye en el proyecto de graduación de los autores. Se presenta el marco general que define los distintos antecedentes para la implementación del proyecto y se justifica el desarrollo del sistema, dadas las características y el contexto actual de la empresa mencionada. Este documento contiene la información resultante del desarrollo del Sistema Integrado de Control de Operaciones de logística para el transporte terrestre de alimentos para perros y gatos de la empresa Inversiones Schmitad S.A. División Pet Care Logistics, el cual se estructura de la siguiente forma: Capítulo 1 — Introducción: En este apartado podrá encontrar información que lo introduce en la problemática que da pie al desarrollo del proyecto, los hechos justificantes así como los objetivos primarios a desarrollar y las limitantes encontradas en su desarrollo. Capítulo II - Marco Teórico: En este apartado podrá encontrar detalladamente los antecedentes en los cuales se desarrolla el proyecto, la misión de la empresa, visión, organigrama, objetivos y políticas de la misma. Así mismo, se presenta una explicación detallada del marco conceptual que dio origen al desarrollo del proyecto, junto con una descripción de la metodología que se va emplear en el desarrollo del sistema. Capítulo HI — Aplicación de la Metodología de Desarrollo: En este apartado podrá hallar el detalle de la aplicación de la metodología utilizada para la ejecución de este proyecto en todas sus etapas. Capítulo IV — Análisis de Factibilidad y Riesgos: En este apartado se presenta la factibilidad para el desarrollo del sistema. Así mismo, se presenta un análisis de los posibles riesgos que podrían afectar el desarrollo e implementación del sistema.
The purpose of the document is defined as a guide for the Development and Implementation of the application software for the control of logistics operations for the company Inversiones Schmitad S.A. Pet Care Logistics Division, which is constituted in the graduation project of the authors. The general framework that defines the different antecedents for the implementation of the project is presented and the development of the system is justified, given the characteristics and the current context of the aforementioned company. This document contains the information resulting from the development of the Integrated Logistics Operations Control System for the land transport of food for dogs and cats of the company Inversiones Schmitad S.A. Pet Care Logistics Division, which is structured as follows: Chapter 1 — Introduction: In this section you will find information that introduces you to the problems that give rise to the development of the project, the supporting facts as well as the primary objectives to be developed and the limitations encountered in its development. Chapter II - Theoretical Framework: In this section you can find in detail the background in which the project is developed, the company's mission, vision, organization chart, objectives and policies of the same. Likewise, a detailed explanation of the conceptual framework that gave rise to the development of the project is presented, along with a description of the methodology that will be used in the development of the system. Chapter HI — Application of the Development Methodology: In this section you can find the details of the application of the methodology used for the execution of this project in all its stages. Chapter IV — Analysis of Feasibility and Risks: This section presents the feasibility for the development of the system. Likewise, an analysis of the possible risks that could affect the development and implementation of the system is presented.
