Resumen
El libro que se presenta a continuación reúne una serie
de artículos que abordan el tema de la interdisciplina
en el contexto de la educación superior en Costa Rica
y México. Los artículos están organizados en dos secciones: la primera, dedicada a la interdisciplina en Costa Rica, y la segunda, dedicada a la interdisciplina en
México.
La sección sobre Costa Rica incluye cuatro artículos
que abordan diferentes aspectos de la interdisciplina
en este país. El primer artículo, "Procesos constructivos de Comunidades Emergentes de Conocimiento
desde las investigaciones inter y transdisciplinarias en
Ciencias Sociales, en el contexto de la Universidad
Nacional de Costa Rica", analiza el desarrollo de comunidades emergentes de conocimiento en el ámbito
de las Ciencias Sociales en la Universidad Nacional de
Costa Rica (UNA). El segundo artículo, "Planificación
Institucional en Costa Rica: la planificación de la política pública en innovación, periodos de gobierno 2010-
2022", analiza la planificación de la política pública en
innovación en Costa Rica, con un enfoque interdisciplinario. El tercer artículo, "Estado de la cuestión sobre la
Planificación Prospectiva en las Organizaciones de
Educación Superior Pública en Costa Rica", presenta
un estado de la cuestión sobre la planificación prospectiva en las organizaciones de educación superior
pública en Costa Rica. El cuarto artículo, "Estrategias
para la construcción de procesos de formación de Investigación Interdisciplinaria EPPS – UNA", presenta
las estrategias desarrolladas por la Escuela de Planificación y Promoción Social (EPPS) de la UNA para la
formación en investigación interdisciplinaria.
La sección sobre México incluye dos artículos que
abordan diferentes aspectos de la interdisciplina en
este país. El primer artículo, "Experiencia estudiantil en
el desarrollo de la investigación interdisciplinaria dentro
de la CEEG de la EPPS", presenta la experiencia de
estudiantes de la UNA en el desarrollo de investigación
interdisciplinaria dentro de la Comunidad de Estudios
Estratégicos en Gestión (CEEG). El segundo artículo,
"Política científica para el fomento de la interdisciplina
en México: la experiencia interdisciplinaria de la Comisión Dictaminadora del Sistema Nacional de Investigadores", analiza la experiencia de la Comisión Dictaminadora del Sistema Nacional de Investigadores (SNI)
de México en el fomento de la interdisciplina.
Finalmente, el artículo "La planificación como proceso:
integración de los niveles, táctica y operativa" trata
sobre la importancia de la integración de los niveles
estratégico, táctico y operativo en el proceso de planificación.
Los artículos que componen este libro ofrecen una
visión panorámica de la interdisciplina en el contexto
de la educación superior en Costa Rica y México. Los
artículos brindan información sobre los diferentes enfoques de la interdisciplina, las experiencias en la implementación de la interdisciplina en la educación superior, y los retos y oportunidades que enfrenta la interdisciplina en estos países.

The book presented below brings together a series of articles that address the topic of interdisciplinarity in the context of higher education in Costa Rica and Mexico. The articles are organized into two sections: the first, dedicated to interdisciplinary in Costa Rica, and the second, dedicated to interdisciplinary in Mexico. The section on Costa Rica includes four articles that address different aspects of interdisciplinary in this country. The first article, "Constructive Processes of Emerging Knowledge Communities from inter and transdisciplinary research in Social Sciences, in the context of the University National of Costa Rica", analyzes the development of emerging knowledge communities in the field of Social Sciences at the National University of Costa Rica (UNA). The second article, "Planning Institutional in Costa Rica: planning public policy on innovation, government periods 2010- 2022", analyzes public policy planning in innovation in Costa Rica, with an interdisciplinary approach. The third article, "State of the question regarding Prospective Planning in Organizations Public Higher Education in Costa Rica", presents a state of the art on prospective planning in higher education organizations public in Costa Rica. The fourth article, "Strategies for the construction of Interdisciplinary Research training processes EPPS – UNA", presents the strategies developed by the UNA School of Planning and Social Promotion (EPPS) for the training in interdisciplinary research. The section on Mexico includes two articles that address different aspects of interdisciplinary this country. The first article, "Student experience in the development of interdisciplinary research within of the CEEG of the EPPS", presents the experience of UNA students in research development interdisciplinary within the Community of Studies Strategic Management (CEEG). The second article, "Scientific policy to promote interdisciplinary in Mexico: the interdisciplinary experience of the Ruling Commission of the National System of Investigators", analyzes the experience of the Ruling Commission of the National System of Investigators (SNI) of Mexico in promoting interdisciplinary. Finally, the article "Planning as a process: integration of the tactical and operational levels" deals on the importance of integrating levels strategic, tactical and operational in the planning process.
