La ciclicidad del cuerpo-territorio femenino y la transversalizaión del "derecho de ser" para la emancipación de las mujeres : el caso de tres mujeres latinoamericanas de Colombia, Chile y Costa Rica

Abstract

Esta investigación es el resultado del trabajo final de graduación para obtener la Maestría en Derechos Humanos y Educación para la Paz del Instituto de Estudios Latinoamericanos de la Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica, cuyo objetivo general es: Indagar cómo la ciclicidad femenina contribuye en la emancipación del cuerpoterritorio en la reivindicación del “derecho de ser” de las mujeres sanadoras. El estudio es de carácter exploratorio y decolonial y pretende mostrar cómo a través del cuerpo-experiencia, las mujeres participantes encontraron una manera de reexistir por medio del “derecho de ser” como un espacio emancipatorio para vivirse desde la ciclicidad femenina como método de autoconocimiento y autogestión de su cuerpo-territorio. Una de las conclusiones muestra la forma en que el cuerpo-territorio de las mujeres y lo feminizado sigue siendo marginado por las prácticas culturales, legitimadas por el patriarcado, los grupos hegemónicos y las instituciones de control social. Asimismo, visibiliza cómo el “derecho a la vida” es un derecho objetivado en función de las dinámicas de poder reflejas en objetivación/ expropiación del cuerpo. A continuación, se resumen los aspectos principales en cada apartado de la investigación: Capítulo I: Los antecedentes de la investigación, sirven de antesala para la construcción de la formulación del problema de investigación, la justificación y el objetivo general y específicos. Capítulo II: Los referentes teórico-conceptuales, permiten ubicar a la persona lectora sobre las teorías necesarias para compresión del proceso de emancipación del cuerpo femenino en relación con su ciclicidad y el “derecho de ser”. Capítulo III: La metodología, expone el paradigma, enfoque desde donde se abordó la investigación, así como la herramienta utilizada para la recolección de la información utilizada con las mujeres participantes en la investigación. Finalmente, las consideraciones éticas. 5 5 Capítulo IV: Análisis interpretativo de los resultados del proceso de investigación, según las categorías de análisis elaboradas desde la visión del cuerpo-experiencia, de las tres mujeres sanadoras entrevistadas y las teorías vinculas a la investigación. Capítulo V: La persona lectora, encontrará las conclusiones y recomendaciones del proceso investigativo. Capítulo VI: Quien lee hallará el insumo final del proceso investigativo, el cual es un taller diseñado para la emancipación del cuerpo de la mujer desde el “derecho de ser”.
