El lector tiene en este número algunos textos que facilitan el tono de una búsqueda de la investigación en ciencias sociales y también el tono que busca encausar los elementos acuciosos sobre las decisiones democráticas en el voto a favor del TLC y quienes lo proponen como un ancla en un mar furioso, el mar de la duda y sus implicaciones están arraigadas en el fondo de un equinoccio. Es decir, este tratado nos trae para la democracia una decisión difícil de aceptar en tiempos modernos, solo que por ahora es posible decirlo metafóricamente.
