Abstract

De acuerdo con el Dr. John E. Lobst, director de Ciencias de Computación avanzadas de la Sociedad de Periódicos de los EE.UU. el problema más grave del momento es uno que ha sido creado por la misma tecnología, o, por la falla de los técnicos que crearon los programas sin tomar en cuenta algo muy básico como era la manera cómo las computadoras describen el año.

According to Dr. John E. Lobst, director of advanced computer science at the Newspaper Society of America, the most serious problem of the moment is one that has been created by the technology itself, or by the failure of the technicians who created the programs without taking into account something very basic such as the way computers describe the year.
