Informe Programa Promoviendo el Capital Social Comunitario: territorios indígenas de Ujarrás y Cabagra. I semestre 2019

Abstract

La Sede Región Brunca de la UNA, ha venido desarrollando por varios años el Programa Promoviendo el Capital Social Comunitario (PPCSC) en diferentes comunidades de la zona sur como Sierpe (cantón de Osa) y Biolley (Cantón de Buenos Aires). En el 2018, se inició un proceso de dialogo con los territorios de Salitre, Ujarrás y Cabagra con el propósito de escuchar cuales consideraban ellos, eran las principales necesidades de capacitación que requerían y evaluar en qué medida, la Sede Región Brunca de la UNA podía satisfacerlas. La idea original era seleccionar uno de los tres territorios y ejecutar el PPCSC en este. Sin embargo, una vez sistematizada la información obtenida de los procesos de diálogo y evaluando la capacidad de respuesta de la Sede ante las solicitudes de las tres comunidades, se tomó la decisión de realizar acciones en los tres territorios, con contenidos puntuales para cada uno de ellos y de acuerdo con las necesidades planteadas por los participantes en los conversatorios previos. A este informe corresponden específicamente, las acciones desarrolladas en Cabagra y Ujarrás, durante el primer semestre de 2019. En Salitre se está ejecutando el programa con los contenidos básicos que se han impartido en otras zonas: inglés, ofimática, gestión microempresarial y música. Este tema no se toca en este avance ya que ha sido desarrollado por otro equipo de trabajo.

The UNA Brunca Region Headquarters has been developing for several years the Promoting Community Social Capital Program (PPCSC) in different communities in the southern zone such as Sierpe (Osa Canton) and Biolley (Buenos Aires Canton). In 2018, a dialogue process was initiated with the territories of Salitre, Ujarrás and Cabagra with the purpose of listening to what they considered to be the main training needs they required and to evaluate to what extent the UNA Brunca Region Headquarters could satisfy them. The original idea was to select one of the three territories and implement the PPCSC there. However, once the information obtained from the dialogue processes was systematized and the capacity of the headquarters to respond to the requests of the three communities was evaluated, the decision was made to carry out actions in the three territories, with specific contents for each of them and according to the needs raised by the participants in the previous discussions. This report specifically corresponds to the actions developed in Cabagra and Ujarrás during the first half of 2019. In Salitre, the program is being implemented with the basic contents that have been taught in other areas: English, office automation, microenterprise management and music. This topic is not covered in this preview as it has been developed by another work team.
