Resumen
Este informe expone el proceso profesional de pasantía de investigación que se llevó a
cabo en conjunto con el equipo del Instituto de Estudios Latinoamericano (IDELA), en el marco
del proyecto #0108-21, Investigación diagnóstica para la creación de un observatorio
centroamericano de derechos humanos. Se divide en cuatro capítulos - Contextualización de la
pasantía; Descripción de la pasantía; Sistematización de la pasantía; y Reflexiones finales y
recomendaciones para el IDELA - los cuales recuperan los diferentes aprendizajes,
consideraciones, y reflexiones del proceso de pasantía.
En este informe también se muestra los alcances de una pasantía de 160 horas, proceso en
el que se investigó el estado actual de derechos humanos en Centroamérica, los principales
alcances y aportes de nueve observatorios centroamericanos de derechos humanos y se construyó
un marco teórico que presenta doce características de un observatorio crítico de derechos
humanos.
