Resumen
Resumen. El desarrollo de la industria en los últimos años ha estado impulsado por el uso de los datos que generan las empresas independientemente de la vertical a la que pertenezcan, definiendo así la digitalización de los procesos de negocio como característica elemental que ha permeado la competencia. Actualmente se habla de la información como un habilitador que brinda sostenibilidad y ventaja a casi cualquier tipo de organización, la razón radica en la posibilidad en que a partir de datos se pueda entablar una estrategia completa de negocio. Es así como la transformación digital redefine la forma en que las organizaciones operan y se relacionan con sus clientes en la era digital, como proceso estratégico implica la adopción de tecnologías avanzadas, la optimización de procesos, el fomento de la innovación y la mejora continua, todo con el objetivo de aumentar la eficiencia, la competitividad y la capacidad de respuesta al cambio. El propósito de Transformación Digital es determinar cuáles de estos elementos son útiles para la empresa, adaptar los objetivos organizacionales y alinearlos al impacto que permite tener la tecnología y el desarrollo digital, identificar las habilidades requeridas para generar un ajuste al modelo de negocio para generar valor y actualización al tiempo. La transformación digital es el catalizador que impulsa a las empresas hacia el futuro en un mundo cada vez más conectado y tecnológicamente avanzado, permite la permanencia en una dinámica fuertemente ligada al cambio y en competencia permanente, determinante en lo que concerniente a expectativas de clientes, procesos operativos e innovando como fuente de sostenibilidad. En una realidad donde la generación de respuesta y la agilidad son la clave del éxito, la transformación digital no es una opción, es una necesidad imperativa para aquellas empresas que abrazan esta revolución digital como consecuencia no solo sobreviven, sino que prosperan, su relevancia se da en función del valor asociado a la excelencia y capacidad de evolucionar constantemente según la necesidad y ritmo del mercado. Para lograr una transformación digital exitosa, es esencial establecer una visión clara y una estrategia bien definida que involucre a todo el liderazgo, la colaboración y comunicación efectiva entre los equipos y el alineamiento de toda la organización en torno a los objetivos digitales. Para el proceso de Transformación Digital se debe mantener un enfoque constante en la mejora continua y disposición para adaptarse a medida que evolucionan las necesidades del mercado y la tecnología, generalmente contemplando factores como la gestión de riesgos y la seguridad, con el análisis de datos como respaldo de las decisiones tomadas, el proceso se convierte en una forma de trabajo que demanda perseverancia y compromiso, ya que el cambio cultural y operativo se establece a largo plazo en la era digital.
Summary. The development of the industry in recent years has been driven by the use of data generated by companies regardless of the vertical to which they belong, thus defining the digitization of business processes as an elemental feature that has permeated the competition. Currently, information is spoken of as an enabler that provides sustainability and advantage to almost any type of organization, the reason lies in the possibility that from data a complete business strategy can be established. This is how digital transformation redefines the way in which organizations operate and relate to their customers in the digital era, as a strategic process involves the adoption of advanced technologies, process optimization, fostering innovation and continuous improvement, all with the aim of increasing efficiency, competitiveness and responsiveness to change. The purpose of Digital Transformation is to determine which of these elements are useful for the company, adapt the organizational objectives and align them to the impact that technology and digital development can have, identify the skills required to generate an adjustment to the business model to generate value and update at the same time. Digital transformation is the catalyst that drives companies into the future in an increasingly connected and technologically advanced world, allowing them to remain in a dynamic strongly linked to change and in permanent competition, determining what concerns customer expectations, operational processes and innovating as a source of sustainability. In a reality where the generation of response and agility are the key to success, digital transformation is not an option, it is an imperative need for those companies that embrace this digital revolution as a consequence not only survive, but thrive, its relevance is given in terms of the value associated with excellence and ability to constantly evolve according to the need and pace of the market. To achieve a successful digital transformation, it is essential to establish a clear vision and a well-defined strategy that involves the entire leadership, collaboration and effective communication between teams and the alignment of the entire organization around digital objectives. For the Digital Transformation process must maintain a constant focus on continuous improvement and willingness to adapt as market needs and technology evolve, generally contemplating factors such as risk management and security, with data analysis to support the decisions made, the process becomes a way of working that demands perseverance and commitment, as cultural and operational change is established in the long term in the digital era.
