Estudio de prefactibilidad para la producción y comercialización de productos de limpieza a base de aceite vegetal reciclado para la Asociación Agua Vida Campesinos del Sur, en el distrito de Laurel, cantón corredores, en el periodo 2019-2020

Abstract

El presente estudio de factibilidad se llevó a cabo para conocer la viabilidad económica de producir y comercializar productos de limpieza a base de aceite vegetal reciclado en el distrito de Laurel, cantón de Corredores, por parte de la Asociación Agua Vida Campesinos del Sur, ubicada en kilómetro 29 del mismo cantón. Dicho estudio fue realizado por los estudiantes de la Universidad Nacional, José Gómez y Leidy Jiménez. La importancia de implementar la producción y comercialización de estos productos de limpieza por parte de la Asociación radica en mejorar las condiciones socioeconómicas de cada uno de sus afiliados, respondiendo a la falta de empleo y oportunidades del cantón, además de generar un aporte al medio ambiente mediante la reutilización de aceites vegetales que son altamente contaminantes, es por esto que se realizaron los estudios pertinentes para conocer la aceptación de los clientes de la Región Brunca. Los estudios realizados fueron el estudio de mercado, técnico, ambiental, legal y el estudio financiero. El mercado meta de los productos de limpieza serán los denominados como clientes, estos son los establecimientos que se encargan de revender estos productos, especialmente los supermercados, abastecedores y pulperías de Región Brunca. En el estudio de mercado se aplicaron tres instrumentos de recolección dirigidos a tres poblaciones: a los clientes que son los supermercados, minisúper y pulperías ubicados en la Región Brunca, a los usuarios que representan una pequeña parte de la población, solo para conocer el criterio de estos y a los proveedores de materia prima que representan la fuente de abastecimiento del aceite reciclado, obteniendo como resultado que los clientes se encuentran anuentes a ofrecer los productos en sus establecimientos, siempre y cuando, se cumpla con los márgenes de ganancia que oscilan entre un 15% y un 20%, además, existe una gran disposición del usuario final para utilizar los productos de limpieza, sin embargo, existe un alto desconocimiento de la población, sobre productos a base de aceite vegetal reciclado. En cuanto a los proveedores que están a disposición de vender la materia prima son los ubicados en los cantones de Osa, Golfito, Coto Brus y Corredores.
