Diseño, desarrollo e implantación de un sistema en línea de trámites y servicios a través de la página Web de la Municipalidad de San José

Abstract

El presente trabajo ha sido elaborado como Informe Final del proyecto de graduación para optar por el grado de Licenciatura en Informática con Énfasis en Sistemas Web, en la Facultad de Ciencias Exactas y Naturales, Escuela de Informática de la Universidad Nacional (UNA) La investigación efectuada permitirá diseñar, desarrollar e implantar un sistema en línea de trámites y servicios a través de la página Web de la Municipalidad de San José, los cuales presta a sus contribuyentes y ciudadanos en general. Este tipo de acceso es través del sitio Web de la Municipalidad, lo que permitirá una mayor facilidad de obtener los diferentes servicios que brinda la institución a todo el cantón, con mayor agilidad y sin contra tiempos. El trabajo contiene aspectos como los diferentes trámites y servicios municipales: permisos de construcción, patentes comerciales, patentes de licores nacionales como extranjeros, traslados de patentes, declaraciones de bienes inmuebles, entre otros. Y servicios como de inspecciones, recolección de basura, mantenimiento de alcantarillado, entre otros. El desarrollo de la investigación está dividida en cinco capítulos, divididos de la siguiente forma: * Capítulo E Se describen los aspectos situacionales, se hace referencia a los antecedentes, el problema, la justificación, los beneficios, los alcances y la limitación. e Capítulo H: Aquí se considera el Marco Teórico de la Investigación que se realiza. * Capítulo MI: En este capítulo se desarrolla la metodología de la investigación, es decir desarrollar el tema planteado. * Capítulo IV: Mediante este capítulo se obtendrán los resultados producto de la investigación presentada en este estudio.

The development of the research is divided into five chapters, divided as follows: * Chapter E The situational aspects are described, reference is made to the background, the problem, the justification, the benefits, the scope and the limitation. e Chapter H: Here the Theoretical Framework of the Investigation that is carried out is considered. * MI Chapter: This chapter develops the research methodology, ie develop the issue raised. * Chapter IV: Through this chapter the results of the research presented in this study will be obtained.
