Among some of the variations that the system has had to carry out education to meet the needs of its population and, therefore, consequently, provide a quality education can be cited, for example, the different modalities of study that are currently offered so that students can students access the educational system, among which we can mention the bimodal, virtual or e-learning education, among others. Remote modalities, such as those mentioned above, provide multiple benefits for both the teacher and the student, by allowing greater coverage, remove barriers and provide opportunities for the process of teaching-learning is as interactive as possible, which allows to increase the educational level of the population and employment opportunities. However, to increase the level of student participation in these new environments and generate significant learning in them is vital importance that the teacher knows widely the particularities of the environment in which it is being developed and carry out actions that favor said process, generating benefits for both him and the student. Therefore, this research aims to obtain information information about the good practices used for the design and development teaching of bimodal university courses, through a case study that allows to collect important information on the subject, and then raise recommendations that can be applied to other different contexts but that share the same modality since the data collected represents an input valuable for it. The study is developed under the mixed research approach with the method case study and instruments such as the interview, the questionnaire and literature review to collect valuable field information, which is contrasted with the bibliographic review that provides valuable and necessary data to execute said contrast, finally the results show that the good practices are those actions that are beneficial both for the teacher as well as for the student in the teaching-learning process and that encompass actions ranging from planning to execution, taking into account consideration aspects of a personal, professional and knowledge nature, such as a set of areas that the teacher must handle for the development of their work
