The purpose of this study was to investigate the personal, academic and social manifestations of sexist education in the students of the second cycle of the Tierra Prometida Priority Attention Educational Center. This research was elaborated under the qualitative research approach. The literature consulted describes a series of aspects related to the topic of gender, in order to be clear about some concepts that revolve around it and which give way to clarify the manifestations that sexist education generates in students in the personal, academic and social spheres. A sexist education promotes attitudes such as low self-esteem, insecurity, lack of motivation, lack of interest, poor interpersonal relationships, poor academic performance, certain preferences, among other manifestations, which prevent students from fully developing in their teaching and learning process. Semi-structured interviews, applied individually, as well as observations were used to carry out the data collection and treatment process. The study population consisted of 30 students of the second cycle, the 4 teachers of the corresponding groups and 15 parents, in order to enrich this research. The results obtained agree with the categories under analysis, since the research makes it clear that there is a sexist education in the classroom and this affects the personal, academic and social area of the individual, as a consequence it is concluded that a great majority of boys and girls feel rejected, unmotivated, do not maintain good interpersonal relationships, it is also evident that within the classroom boys and girls do not receive equal treatment, as it should be, which generates that the student cannot develop in the best way in the personal, academic and social area.
