Actitudes sociales y académicas, su incidencia en el interés educativo y las relaciones interpersonales entre niños de segundo ciclo de la Escuela Hernán Rodríguez Ruíz, circuito 05 Región Educativa de Pérez Zeledón, 2009.

Abstract

La actitud para efectos de esta investigación analiza, determina y describe el interés que muestran los estudiantes por la clase o trabajos cotidianos, así como la actitud social que muestran ante sus compañeros y docentes. Como se menciona en la construcción teórica de la investigación las actitudes son lo que nos gusta y lo que nos disgusta; es decir, los sentimientos favorables o desfavorables que se desarrollan hacia las personas, los objetos y los hechos de nuestro entorno remoto o inmediato es decir todo lo que se siente sobre algo. Es decir la actitud que se logra ver ante la escuela y obligaciones de la misma, por tanto se enfoca en identificar los factores que interfieren en el comportamiento del niño tales como influencia de la televisión, relación familiar, entorno social fuera del hogar, la metodología y la eficiencia del docente que de alguna manera inciden en el interés educativo que ellos presenten ante las obligaciones escolares. La investigación se realizó bajo un enfoque cualitativo, además contará con un apoyo cuantitativo y de tipo descriptivo con el fin de conocer la opinión de todos los sujetos de estudio para determinar de la mejor manera la influencia que tienen, de los padres, docentes y la televisión en la actitud social e interés educativo del alumno. La recolección de datos se realizó mediante siete instrumentos, el primero segundo y tercero son cuestionarios con escalas cuantitativas aplicados a alumnos, padres y docentes, el cuarto una guía de entrevista aplicada a los alumnos en estudio, y el quinto y sexto guías de observación aplicadas durante las clases, salida de clase y recreos de los estudiantes, para reforzar y profundizar la información obtenida en los instrumentos anteriores. Seguidamente se realizó un análisis mediante cuadros y diagramas debidamente interpretados. Por tanto la conclusión final más sobresaliente del estudio es que los niños dedican el mayor tiempo libre en la casa a ver la televisión, además se descubre una actitud de desmotivación hacia las actividades escolares, contrariamente se observo mayor aceptación en actividades donde está presente en el juego y la interacción con sus compañeros de clase y amigos con los que juegan durante el recreo, por tanto se recomienda a los niños ver la escuela no como un simple lugar de socialización y juego que se tiene entre los compañeros, sino que el significado de aprender cosas nuevas les ayudará a tener un mejor futuro y a los docentes utilizar el juego como herramienta didáctica para fortalecer el interés por la materia, apoyándose en los libros que se encuentran en las diferentes librerías y bibliotecas.

For the purposes of this research, attitude analyzes, determines and describes the interest shown by students in class or daily work, as well as the social attitude they show towards their classmates and teachers. As mentioned in the theoretical construction of the research, attitudes are what we like and what we dislike; that is, the favorable or unfavorable feelings that we develop towards people, objects and facts of our remote or immediate environment, that is, everything we feel about something. That is to say, the attitude that one manages to see before the school and its obligations, therefore it focuses on identifying the factors that interfere in the child's behavior such as the influence of television, family relationship, social environment outside the home, the methodology and efficiency of the teacher that in some way affect the educational interest that they present before school obligations. The research was carried out under a qualitative approach, it will also have a quantitative and descriptive support in order to know the opinion of all the subjects of study to determine in the best way the influence of parents, teachers and television in the social attitude and educational interest of the student. The data collection was carried out by means of seven instruments, the first, second and third are questionnaires with quantitative scales applied to students, parents and teachers, the fourth an interview guide applied to the students under study, and the fifth and sixth observation guides applied during classes, after class and breaks of the students, to reinforce and deepen the information obtained in the previous instruments. An analysis was then carried out by means of duly interpreted tables and diagrams. Therefore, the most outstanding final conclusion of the study is that children dedicate most of their free time at home to watching television, in addition to a demotivated attitude towards school activities, on the contrary, greater acceptance was observed in activities where they play and interact with their classmates and friends with whom they play during recess, Therefore, it is recommended that children see school not as a simple place for socializing and playing with classmates, but rather that the meaning of learning new things will help them to have a better future, and that teachers use games as a didactic tool to strengthen interest in the subject, relying on the books found in the different bookstores and libraries.
