Dispositif d’enseignement du français niveau débutant au moyen de podcasts

Abstract

En los últimos años en Costa Rica ha habido un aumento en las oportunidades para estudiar y vivir en el extranjero. Actualmente, existen acuerdos universitarios con países francófonos que permiten, a estudiantes costarricenses, continuar con sus estudios superiores en estas regiones. Nosotras trabajamos este proyecto a partir del acuerdo firmado por la República de Costa Rica y la República francesa, en noviembre del 2015. Este documento autoriza a estudiantes costarricenses provenientes de universidades públicas validar y reconocer sus cursos y sus títulos en Francia y viceversa. Generalmente, los estudiantes interesados duran haciendo los trámites entre 3 y 6 meses para estudiar en una universidad extranjera. Este proceso no deja mucho tiempo para asimilar el idioma y la cultura por sus propios medios. Es aquí donde nos dimos cuenta de la necesidad de encontrar metodologías de aprendizaje de la lengua francesa adaptadas al contexto costarricense, con la intención que ellos puedan comprender y darse a comprender en la sociedad meta. Nuestro trabajo pretende ofrecer una opción de enseñanza del francés A1.1 en un corto periodo de tiempo, unido a la cultura general de los lugares francófonos, utilizando los podcasts como instrumento principal.

In recent years in Costa Rica there has been an increase in opportunities to study and live abroad. Currently, there are university agreements with French-speaking countries that allow Costa Rican students to continue their higher education in these regions. We worked on this project based on the agreement signed by the Republic of Costa Rica and the French Republic in November 2015. This document authorizes Costa Rican students from public universities to validate and recognize their courses and degrees in France and vice versa. Generally, interested students take between 3 and 6 months to study in a foreign university. This process does not leave much time to assimilate the language and culture on their own. This is where we realized the need to find French language learning methodologies adapted to the Costa Rican context, with the intention that they can understand and make themselves understood in the target society. Our work aims to offer an option of teaching French A1.1 in a short period of time, linked to the general culture of French-speaking places, using podcasts as the main tool.
