Propuesta para optimizar la gestión financiera y administrativa de la Asociación Solidarista de Empleados de la Municipalidad de Pérez Zeledón

Abstract

En la Municipalidad de Pérez Zeledón se crea la Asociación Solidarista en el año 1986 por funcionarios visionarios, quienes ven las ventajas de estas organizaciones y el beneficio a los funcionarios que esta puede brindar. La idea del estudio va encaminada a la realización de un plan administrativo y financiero conociendo la existencia de las deficiencias en estos dos rubros a fin de poder responder a las preguntas planteadas, siempre tomando en cuenta que se trata del mejoramiento de la asociación, por lo que se pretende crear una propuesta para lograr la actualización de servicios que se brindan y encaminarlos a una época competitiva por el mercado financiero. La escasa participación de las juntas directivas en implementar nuevas estrategias deja abierta la posibilidad para realizar la presente investigación, esperando que los resultados y el análisis evidencien aspectos pasados por alto y se logre realizar propuestas para que se logre una cambio que beneficie a todos. Las conclusiones son amplias y demuestran la fidelidad y el orgullo del asociado en ser parte de la ASEMUPEZ, pero muestra debilidades con respecto a planificación, creación de nuevos productos y beneficios de calidad, además de una pasiva actitud frente a las inversiones inmobiliarias, la ASEMUPEZ se maneja de manera inerte frente a la actualización del repertorio crediticio y de inversión.

In the Municipality of Perez Zeledon, the Solidarity Association was created in 1986 by visionary officials, who saw the advantages of these organizations and the benefits they could bring to the employees. The idea of the study is to carry out an administrative and financial plan knowing the existence of the deficiencies in these two areas in order to be able to answer the questions raised, always taking into account that it is about the improvement of the association, so it is intended to create a proposal to achieve the updating of services provided and to direct them to a competitive time for the financial market. The scarce participation of the boards of directors in the implementation of new strategies leaves open the possibility of carrying out the present investigation, hoping that the results and analysis will show aspects that have been overlooked and that proposals will be made to achieve a change that will benefit everyone. The conclusions are broad and demonstrate the loyalty and pride of the associate in being part of ASEMUPEZ, but it shows weaknesses with respect to planning, creation of new products and quality benefits, in addition to a passive attitude towards real estate investments, ASEMUPEZ is handled in an inert manner with respect to updating the credit and investment repertoire.
