Estudio de pre factibilidad para la instalación e implementación de una estación de servicio de combustibles ubicada en la localidad de Dominical, distrito Bahía Ballena del Cantón de Osa

Abstract

El objetivo principal del presente proyecto final de graduación, consiste en la realización de un estudio de pre-factibilidad para la instalación y operación de una estación de servicio de combustibles en la localidad de Dominical, distrito Bahía Ballena del Cantón de Osa; con la finalidad de determinar la conveniencia para el grupo de inversionistas de llevar a cabo dicho proyecto en la zona. Con la ejecución de los estudios respectivos, se determina las variables importantes por considerar, este es el caso por ejemplo de la estrategia de mercadotecnia a seguir para el posicionamiento de la Estación de Servicio Dominical entre el público meta. Asimismo, se logró definir los aspectos técnicos necesarios para la operación del proyecto, como maquinaria y equipo, edificio; entre otros. Como todo proyecto que se encuentra por iniciar, en el presente trabajo se establece la estructura administrativa por seguir. Este aspecto se detalla en el estudio organizacional, al considerar aspectos como el FODA, manual de puestos, organigrama y demás elementos relevantes para el correcto manejo y orden de la estación de servicio. Asimismo, en el estudio financiero se define los datos numéricos relevantes para la toma de decisiones por parte del grupo de inversionistas. Es así como se obtuvo una utilidad neta para el primer año es de ₡10.196.749, asimismo los ingresos por venta de combustible representan un total de ₡188.013.900, para el primer año de operación. Ambas cuentas aumentarán durante los 15 años de evaluación del proyecto. Finalmente, se destaca que el costo de inversión total para la instalación y operación de la Estación de Servicio Dominical, es de ₵777.297.484, pero como se detalla en el presente proyecto, la TIR que se obtuvo fue del 13% del flujo del proyecto, la cual es superior a la tasa mínima de rentabilidad del 12% exigida a la inversión; lo que permite una rentabilidad mayor que la rentabilidad mínima requerida, la cual es del 1% más que la TREMA. Al no presentar una inversión en crédito, el proyecto sigue siendo rentable.

he main objective of the present final project of graduation, consists of the accomplishment of a study of pre-feasibility for the installation and operation of a service station of fuels in the locality of Dominical, district Bahia Ballena of the Canton of Osa; with the purpose of determining the convenience for the group of investors to carry out this project in the zone. With the execution of the respective studies, the important variables to consider are determined, this is the case for example of the marketing strategy to follow for the positioning of the Dominical Service Station among the target public. Likewise, it was possible to define the technical aspects necessary for the operation of the project, such as machinery and equipment, building; among others. As any other project that is about to start, this work establishes the administrative structure to be followed. This aspect is detailed in the organizational study, considering aspects such as SWOT, manual of positions, organization chart and other relevant elements for the proper management and order of the service station. Likewise, the financial study defines the relevant numerical data for decision making by the group of investors. This is how a net profit was obtained for the first year is ₡10.196.749, likewise the income from the sale of fuel represents a total of ₡188.013.900, for the first year of operation. Both accounts will increase during the 15 years of project evaluation. Finally, it should be noted that the total investment cost for the installation and operation of the Sunday Service Station is ₵777.297.484, but as detailed in the present project, the IRR obtained was 13% of the project's flow, which is higher than the minimum rate of return of 12% required for the investment; which allows a higher return than the minimum return required, which is 1% more than the TREMA. As it does not present a credit investment, the project remains profitable.
