Resumen
Establece la presencia de Chlaydophila abortus en las fincas lecheras de la zona norte de Heredia y Alajuela mediante la determinación de anticuerpos. Se analizaron sueros de bovinos especializados en producción de leche, mediante ensayo inmunoenzimático (ELISA). Las muestras fueron recolectadas durante el año 2012 en 24 fincas de la zona.
It establishes the presence of Chlaydophila abortus in dairy farms in the northern zone of Heredia and Alajuela through the determination of antibodies. Sera from cattle specialized in milk production were analyzed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Samples were collected during 2012 from 24 farms in the area.
