Injusta desigualdad en el marchamo

Abstract

En la Ley 7088, promulgada en 1987, se aprobó el impuesto sobre la propiedad de los vehículos. Cuando se paga el marchamo, no se trata de un derecho al ruedo, como erróneamente se ha interpretado, ni mucho menos tiene relación con el derecho a transitar por las vías nacionales ni con el estado de las carreteras. Es una imposición por el simple hecho de poseer un vehículo, como ocurre también con el impuesto sobre los bienes inmuebles.Law 7088, enacted in 1987, approved vehicle property tax.
