Recently a media outlet expressed the concern of the National Animal Health Service (Senasa) and the Judicial Investigation Agency (OIJ), in the sense that the law against animal abuse was only approved on paper, since at present these The Ministry of the Interior and Justice is responsible for the implementation of the law, but it does not have sufficient economic resources or personnel to attend to and follow up on the complaints that are presented.
