Resumen
Las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas (MIPYME) forman parte importante del sector productivo en todos los países, por las características de flexibilidad ante las exigencias del mercado, por ser generadoras de empleo y auto empleo y porque han sido facilitadoras de una mejor distribución de los ingresos dentro de las sociedades a las que pertenecen; pero este papel fundamental no surge por sí mismo, se debe a los esfuerzos integrados de los diversos niveles que componen la competitividad sistémica: micro, meso, meta y macro; especialmente en mercados donde las diversas negociaciones comerciales en el ámbito internacional son relevantes en estos momentos. Costa Rica no es un caso diferente al del resto del mundo, las MIPYME conforman alrededor del 97% de su parque empresarial, y la participación de las micro empresas ha presentado un acelerado aumento en la composición de la totalidad del parque empresarial, razón por la cual deben considerarse diversas estrategias y políticas para fortalecerlas y desarrollarlas, con el propósito de que sigan cumpliendo su misión de ser democratizadoras económicas; situación que lleva a realizar esfuerzos concatenados por parte de los diversos actores involucrados. Este artículo tiene como propósito presentar este tipo de empresas como una estrategia por parte de los gobiernos para hacerle frente a uno de los problemas que siempre se le ha presentado a la economía, la adecuada distribución de la riqueza a través de la generación de fuentes importantes de empleo con que cuentan los países. En los siguientes párrafos se exponen datos que demuestran esa posibilidad, el lector no encontrará aspectos de gestión o del nivel micro, ya que no es el enfoque que se pretende en este espaci
The micro, small and medium companies (MIPYME) they are important part of the productive sector in all the countries, for the characteristics of f1exibility before the demands of the market; to be generating of employment and car employment and, therefore, they have been facilitators of a better distribution of the revenues inside the societies to those that belong; but this fundamentallist doesn't arise for itself, she/he is due to the integrated efforts of the diverse levels that they compose the systemic competitiveness: micro, meso, goal and macro; especially in markets where the diverse commercial negotiations at internationallevel are excellent in these moments. Costa Rica is not a case different to that of the rest of the world, the MIPYME conforms around 97% of its managerial park, and the participation of the micro companies has presented a quick increase in the composition of the entirety of the managerial park, reason for which should consider dilterse strategies and politicians to strengthen them and to develop them, with the purpose that they continue completing its mission of being economic democratizadoras; situation that takes to carry out efforts linked on the part of the diverse involved actors. The present article has as purpose to present to this type of companies like a strategy on the part ofthe govemments to make him in front of one of the problems that has been presented always to the economy, the appropriate distribution of the wealth through the generation or Important sources of employment with which they count the countries.
