Resumen
En el año 2019, dentro del Campus Sarapiquí se inició un nuevo proyecto llamado
Teatro Kärätiä, un grupo que se desarrolló desde un enfoque colectivo a partir de las
diferentes opiniones que las personas integrantes aportaron desde una perspectiva social-
universitaria, reconociendo que ese criterio es parte de una realidad que se vive en la
sociedad.
La primera construcción fue la obra “Fuera de Servicio”, donde esta mostró una
realidad normalizada que se vinculó a derivados problemas que conllevaron desde
sentimientos o decisiones de aislamiento hasta dolor, ira, desapego o estrés. Sin embargo,
brindaron criterios muy relevantes de la luz, motivación y fuerza que transmiten diversas
personas que son un apoyo para sobrevivir y salir de la realidad abrupta en la que se
encuentra sumergida la sociedad.
Cuatro mujeres en la primera obra fueron las principales pilares para una
construcción sólida de “Fuera de Servicio”, con exploraciones hacia cuatro escenarios de
perspectiva real como oficina, escuela y otros de convivencia donde se ven envueltas por la
presión de mostrar un “yo” estable, positivo, irreal, en una batalla hacia sí mismas para
reconocer quienes realmente son.
Por otra parte, se reflejó una sociedad desalmada, preocupada por sí misma,
enfocada únicamente en trabajo, familia y estudio, girando sobre la rutina diaria.
Transitando por la vida sin detenerse a mirar a su alrededor, olvidando por completo
aquellos sentimientos que afectaron y marcaron a sus seres cercanos y peor aún, a sí
mismos, lo que conllevó a salidas alternas para conseguir el bienestar, a través de las
drogas, la lectura vacía, las redes sociales y hasta relaciones embargadas de ataduras, celos
enfermizos, presión y sobre todo apoderamiento. Caras de falsa felicidad mostraban los
personajes en un escenario cargado de angustia, desconsuelo y soledad, pero que gritaba
por una sociedad más compasiva, menos crítica y discriminadora, buscando
exhaustivamente a seres que transmitan afectividad y empatía por lo que les rodea.
Kärätiä durante su primer año de exploración logró evidenciar dentro de su primer
proyecto, la amarga angustia de la sociedad, esa que se refleja a través de los escapes,
obstáculos y justificaciones para salir de esa realidad que tanto les atormentó.
Para la construcción de ese espectáculo, la agrupación desarrolló mesas de dialogo
con la población estudiantil participante del proyecto, donde de dichas discusiones
surgieron los temas que guiarían las exploraciones escénicas, producto de ello se elaboraron
textos escritos por los mismos estudiantes junto al director, los cuales se convirtieron en la
guía para la elaboración de las distintas escenas que componen el montaje y para con todo
ello darle vida a lo que fue “Fuera de Servicio”.
