Sin embargo, como buen tecnócrata y fiel a su trayectoria liberal monetarista, de su paso por el fondo Monetario Internacional, nuestro presidente del Banco Central, sigue la cartilla de su cuadrilla de recién graduados, todos evangelizados con la misma teoría monetarista de Milton Friedman y casi confesados con el recetario del modelito de última generación del FMI, las brechas de inflación.
