La administración de justicia enfoque socio jurídico, desde la perspectiva de los estudiantes graduados, una mirada de jueces y juezas del Poder Judicial de Costa Rica

Resumen
El objetivo de esta ponencia es analizar las experiencias académicas de estudiantes graduados de la maestría en administración de Justicia, enfoque socio jurídico, que permita establecer relación con su ejercicio profesional. Entre los principales resultados obtenidos, cabe señalar que la mayoría de las personas participantes en este estudio consideran haber tenido una excelente experiencia al cursar el posgrado, por el aprendizaje adquirido, con un alto nivel de calidad, ya que desde su perspectiva les permitió adquirir “La visión para afrontar la toma de decisiones en tanto se amplió de manera radical. Consideran que ya no solo es solo el derecho el que nutre la información para decidir, sino todos los aportes desde la sociología, la psicología social, y otras fuentes que serán vitales para dar una respuesta integral y más humana”. Además, consideran que el principal aporte adquirido es “los conocimientos desde el campo socio-jurídico, ya que estos facilitan la toma de decisiones, al implementar “mayor sensibilidad, criticidad y análisis de los casos.”, aunado a la “la formación de jueces y aplicadores del derecho con formación multidisciplinar. “permite tener conciencia del impacto socio jurídico del rol de juez.” “Se toma conciencia de la necesaria visión integral del derecho con otras ciencias del saber humano, incluso más allá de la sociología, también la psicología, la antropología, etc.” El abordaje multidisciplinario es necesario para comprender las complejas realidades y problemáticas sociales, ya que les permite la comprensión del contexto social lo que contribuye para tomar acciones jurídicas más oportunas.
The objective of this paper is to analyze the academic experiences of graduate students of the master's degree in Justice Administration, socio-legal approach, which allows establishing a relationship with their professional practice. Among the main results obtained, it should be noted that the majority of the people participating in this study consider that they had an excellent experience while studying the postgraduate course, due to the learning acquired, with a high level of quality, since from their perspective it allowed them to acquire “ The vision to face decision-making was radically expanded. They consider that it is no longer only the right that feeds the information to decide, but all the contributions from sociology, social psychology, and other sources that will be vital to give a comprehensive and more humane response. In addition, they consider that the main contribution acquired is "knowledge from the socio-legal field, since this facilitates decision-making, by implementing "greater sensitivity, criticality and analysis of cases", coupled with "the formation of judges and law enforcers with multidisciplinary training. "It allows us to be aware of the socio-legal impact of the role of judge." "There is awareness of the necessary comprehensive vision of law with other sciences of human knowledge, even beyond sociology, also psychology, anthropology, etc." The multidisciplinary approach is necessary to understand the complex realities and social problems, since it allows them to understand the social context, which contributes to take more timely legal actions.
