It proposes the design of a tool for group accompaniment in the processes of attention to users on the issue of workplace harassment from gender and human rights approaches, within the framework of the work of the Information and Orientation Center (CIO) of the National Women's Institute. A qualitative methodology was implemented, with an empirical phenomenological research design, from a feminist epistemological positioning. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with: specialists in the subject in order to identify theoretical and methodological aspects and users of the Center who have been treated for experiences of workplace harassment in order to learn about their experiences related to the care provided in the institution. The main findings include the importance of emphasizing in the training of users the concept of workplace harassment, the main characteristics, the different types that exist, specific examples and what to do in the event of experiencing this type of violence, and the need to create a training tool with complementary materials such as an infographic to provide information on the subject virtually or in print, which was attached to the following proposal. A learning module was created for CIO facilitators, designed with a methodology that works from feminist pedagogy in which the role of the facilitator is based on the intermediation of activities, recognizing and validating the knowledge of all participants, seeking training for people's lives.
