It is explained that three Central American countries: Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador have launched a customs union process called Deep Integration, which aims to improve competitiveness and trade relations between these countries. But at the same time, it must face the challenge of achieving parallel economic growth that makes trade more flexible, without the application of lengthy bureaucratic procedures, and in a more agile and timely manner.
