Resumen
Maurice Blondel (1861-1949) es uno de los filósofos franceses más discutidos en los ambientes religiosos y filosóficos católicos. Su influencia ha sido grande en el desarrollo del pensamiento cristiano, en Francia fundamentalmente. La importancia de su esfuerzo filosófico ha consistido esencialmente en
tratar de demostrar el basamento antropológico de la creencia en la revelación cristiana. Este es el tenia de su tesis de doctorado, presentada en la Sorbona en 1893 sobre L'Action. Sus obras posteriores han tenido menor influencia. Por ello, Blondel es fundamentalmente el filósofo de la religión más
importante de los últimos tiempos en el ambiente católico.
En el presente trabajo vamos a tratar de prescindir, en la medida de lo posible, de las consideraciones específicas de su pensamiento filosófico, para dedicar nuestra atención a su manera propia de hacer filosofía. Tomaremos cono punto de apoyo la obra total del autor, aunque pondremos particular
énfasis en su libro más influyente, su tesis sobre la acción.
Maurice Blondel (1861-1949) is one of the most discussed French philosophers in Catholic religious and philosophical circles. His influence has been great in the development of Christian thought, mainly in France. The importance of his philosophical efforts has consisted essentially in trying to demonstrate the anthropological basis of Christian thought. the anthropological basis of belief in Christian revelation. This is the subject of his doctoral thesis, presented at the Sorbonne in 1893 on L'Action. His later works have had less influence. Blondel is thus fundamentally the most important philosopher of religion of recent times in the important philosopher of religion of recent times in the Catholic milieu. In the present work we will try to dispense, as far as possible, with the specific considerations of his philosophical thought, in order to devote our attention to his own way of doing philosophy.
