El caso de los migrantes cubanos tensó las relaciones de Costa Rica con sus vecinos y con el Sistema de la Integración Centroamericana (Sica), pero esta puede ser una oportunidad para discutir el rumbo de la región y de los instrumentos de regionalización, incluyendo la agenda migratoria como uno de sus ejes.

The case of the Cuban migrants strained the relations of Costa Rica with its neighbors and with the Integration Central American System (Sica), but this may be an opportunity to discuss the direction of the region and regionalization instruments, including the migration agenda as one of its axes.
