It is clear for the country's agricultural entities that a reform of the policies aimed at the sector it would promote competitiveness. However, what not yet defined is how to improve your I design in such a way that the new guidelines respond not only to unstable conditions of the market for these products but also to the challenges of sustainability of socio-ecological systems and productive in a context framed by the uncertainty associated with change climate, food and nutrition security and, primordial form, the goal of economic growth with less inequality.
