Fragilidad fiscal y desarrollo nacional

Abstract

La fragilidad fiscal se puede definir como la brecha creciente entre ingresos y gastos del Estado, el consecuente endeudamiento y aumento en el pago de intereses. Ésta la pensamos como una situación ajena a nuestra realidad pese a que la situación fiscal del país tiene efectos en el bienestar de todos los actores nacionales.

Fiscal fragility can be defined as the growing gap between State revenues and expenditures, the consequent indebtedness and increased interest payments. We think of this as a situation alien to our reality despite the fact that the country's fiscal situation has effects on the well-being of all national actors.
