Resumen
Cientos de niños migrantes, no
acompañados, viajan en busca de un
mejor futuro. Tal es el relato de Lucas,
quien se enrumbó a un país del norte,
con sus hermanos de 9 y 10 años.
Después de la muerte de su mamá, no
hay quien los cuide, no tienen donde
vivir. O el caso de Carlos, de 9 años y
Carolina de 15, quienes huyen día y
noche de la violencia, las armas, y la
muerte (OIM 2015). Testimonios como
estos evocan a la reflexión e instan a
preguntarnos: ¿cuáles son las causas
que empujan a cientos de niños y niñas
centroamericanas a emprender
este viaje? ¿Cuáles son los riesgos que
corren estos vulnerables migrantes?
Hundreds of unaccompanied migrant children unaccompanied, travel in search of a better future. better future.
