Mercado cambiario y los BRICS

Abstract

El siguiente artículo analiza el impacto que posee el tipo de cambio en Costa Rica, destacando las distintas formas en las que afecta a exportadores, el sector turístico, importadores y consumidores. La diferencia del colón frente al dólar se debe a la mayor oferta global existente de los dólares, lo cual es influenciado por decisiones internacionales entre las que se pueden mencionar los BRICS (Brasil, Rusia, India, China y Sudáfrica). Este fenómeno cambiario posee efectos y consecuencias que afectan a ciertas personas y empresas, sin embargo, también posee sus beneficios.The following article analyzes the impact of the exchange rate in Costa Rica, highlighting the different ways in which it affects exporters, the tourism sector, importers and consumers. The difference of the colón against the dollar is due to the greater global supply of dollars, which is influenced by international decisions, among which we can mention the BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa). This exchange phenomenon has effects and consequences that affect certain individuals and companies, however, it also has its benefits.
