Resumen
Los Quipú representan un sistema de resguardo de información contable, utilizados por
antiguos grupos de pobladores. Consistía en la utilización de cuerdas anudadas donde era posible
registrar información estadísticas de importancia para el grupo. Existe evidencia de su uso en Costa
Rica. El presente documento muestra los resultados de una investigación cibernética y bibliográfica.
