Abstract
pobreza
The end of the social rule of law in Costa Rica has been converging diverse interests or at least, that opposites can be mediated, to to be able to have a peaceful coexistence, prosperous and principled solidarity of social responsibility. For it has built a regulatory framework with laws that grant rights and responsibilities to the social complex with an architecture institutional that facilitates climates and viabilities of a socio-economic development. It has made prosperity possible for a great part of the population; although without power eliminate inequities that maintain a percentage around 20% in condition of poverty
