Resumen
El desarrollo de competencias es una tarea permanente en la labor docente. En este documento, se comparte la experiencia acumulada con la aplicación de tres estrategias utilizadas para lograr este objetivo, así como el desarrollo integral de la persona en el ámbito universitario. Estas actividades se ejecutaron durante el periodo lectivo de 2019 y primer semestre de 2020, por personas docentes de la Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica (UNA).
The development of skills is a permanent task in teaching. In this document, the accumulated experience with the application of three strategies used to achieve this objective is shared, as well as the integral development of the person in the university environment. These activities were carried out during the 2019 school year and the first semester of 2020, by teachers from the National University of Costa Rica (UNA).
