Resumen
El reconocimiento de la discriminación, como un flagelo social que violenta los
derechos humanos y que se fundamenta en estereotipos y prejuicios construidos
culturalmente, ha fundamentado las luchas de movimientos sociales que desde el siglo
XX han denunciado injusticias en contra de las mujeres, de pueblos con base en criterios
étnicos-raciales, de personas por su orientación del deseo sexual y sus identidades de
género, entre otras.
