Resumen
El objetivo de este artículo consiste en presentar una propuesta de outsourcing en la planilla (denominada outsourcing salarial) de una unidad productiva representativa. Intentamos contribuir con esta política de reducción de costos, presentando un mecanismo alternativo de contratación, que logre, por una parte, abaratar los costos de la unidad productiva; y por otra parte, lograr un sistema de contratación que no lesione ni viole los derechos laborales del personal, y como mencionamos anteriormente, ya que en la actualidad la búsqueda de nuevos enfoques de organización es una característica del sector empresarial, no solo en el ámbito nacional sino también en el internacional.
The objective of this article is to present a proposal for payroll outsourcing (called salary outsourcing) for a representative production unit. We seek to contribute to this cost-cutting policy by presenting an alternative contracting mechanism that achieves, on the one hand, lowering the production unit's costs; and, on the other, achieving a contracting system that does not harm or violate the labor rights of its employees. As previously mentioned, the search for new organizational approaches is currently a characteristic of the business sector, not only nationally but also internationally.
