Resumen
La modalidad de teletrabajo ha mostrado según la experiencia y estudios realizados que mejora sustancialmente el quehacer de la persona que puede cumplir su jornada de esta forma. Sin embargo, en la condición actual para muchas personas su ingreso se dio sin tener las herramientas y conocimientos necesarios para obtener mejores resultados. De la noche a la mañana, las personas que estaban en forma presencial en sus instituciones y empresas trasladaron su trabajo a su casa. Esto implicó, que la familia, entorno del hogar, responsabilidades generales se tuvieran que compaginar con las correspondientes a su trabajo. Para académicos y académicas supuso llevar a sus clases el uso de los entornos virtuales y la utilización de las herramientas disponibles, en muchos casos, sin el conocimiento necesario.
Teleworking has proven, according to experience and studies, to substantially improve the work of those who can complete their workday this way. However, under the current circumstances, many people transitioned to remote work without having the necessary tools and knowledge to achieve optimal results. Overnight, those who were physically present at their institutions and companies moved their work to their homes. This meant that family, household, and general responsibilities had to be balanced with their work obligations. For academics, it meant bringing the use of virtual environments and available tools into their classes, often without the necessary knowledge.
