Abstract

La Escuela de Secretariado Profesional de la Universidad Nacional, se ha planteado para su carrera, los siguientes objetivos generales. 1. Formar un profesional capaz de cumplir con excelencia las funciones técnico secretariales propias de la carrera, que sea responsable, reflecto y de espirito crítico, con iniciativa propia y consiente de la sociedad de la que forma parte. 2. Que sepa analizar racionalmente los problemas que encuentra dentro de la institución donde labora y aporte soluciones adecuadas para la trasformación necesarias en las diferentes empresas e instituciones del país. 3. Un profesional en el cual se de una real actividad humana, y que mediante su preparación técnico- humanista pueda desarrollar las facultades que le permitan llegar a una existencia plena y ofrecer un espíritu creador de nuevas alternativas para la sociedad Costarricense. El programa de investigación de esta escuela, se ha abocado a efectuar investigaciones relacionadas primordialmente, con el conocimiento de la realidad nacional en el campo secretarial ya que por ser una carrera nueva a nivel superior, se hace necesario determinar no solo lo que a perfil profesión se refiere si no que se espera de este tipo de profesional y las posibles especificaciones dentro dl campo

The Professional Secretarial School of the National University has set the following general objectives for its career. 1. Train a professional capable of fulfilling with excellence the technical secretarial functions of the career, who is responsible, reflective and with a critical spirit, with his or her own initiative and aware of the society of which he or she is a part. 2. That they know how to rationally analyze the problems they encounter within the institution where they work and provide appropriate solutions for the transformation necessary in the different companies and institutions in the country. 3. A professional in which there is a real human activity, and who through his technical-humanistic preparation can develop the faculties that allow him to achieve a full existence and offer a creative spirit of new alternatives for Costa Rican society. The research program of this school has been dedicated to carrying out research primarily related to the knowledge of the national reality in the secretarial field since, since it is a new career at a higher level, it is necessary to determine not only what the profession profile refers to what is expected of this type of professional and the possible specifications within the field
