Resumen
En los últimos días, el Ministerio de Hacienda puso en consulta pública una nueva propuesta de Canasta Básica Tributaria (CBT) (lista de productos que serían gravados con un 1%) en la que se excluyen varios bienes que actualmente están exonerados y que, por tanto, pasarán a gravarse con un 13% a partir del 1 de julio del presente año. Además, se incluyen en dicha canasta, algunos bienes que hoy están gravados y que estarán exentos del 1° de julio de 2019 al 30 de junio del 2020 y, a partir del 01 de julio de 2020 pasarán a gravarse con un 1%.
In recent days, the Ministry of Finance put out for public consultation a new proposal for the Basic Tax Basket (CBT) (list of products that would be taxed at 1%) in which several goods that are currently exempt and that, therefore, will be taxed at 13% as of July 1 of this year. In addition, some assets that are currently taxed and that will be exempt from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020 and, as of July 1, 2020, will be taxed at 1%.
