Resumen
Este curso es una intervención de aprendizaje dirigida a personas mayores de 60 años, sin deterioro
cognitivo, que busca fomentar procesos de envejecimiento saludable. Para ello promueve el aprendizaje
del uso de dispositivos y software de Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC) ( por ejemplo,
celulares, tabletas, laptops, Facebook, correo electrónico, zoom) y su uso en la vida cotidiana para
mantener la actividad cognitiva y la interacción social durante el proceso de envejecimiento, además
incluirá ejercicios para controlar la ansiedad y el estrés cuando interactuamos con TIC. La intervención
consta de dos unidades que se dirigen facilitar la activación de habilidades cognitivas como la memoria de
largo y de corto plazo, la atención y la resolución de problemas. Al mismo tiempo el curso estimula la
formación y mantenimiento de redes sociales de apoyo mediante el uso de las TIC. El ambiente de
aprendizaje se basa en una estrategia grupal de aprendizaje que incluye actividades presenciales y
actividades en línea, así como algunas sesiones individuales
