Abstract

No tenemos en Costa Rica gigantescos avances en infraestructura, las grandes obras de infraestructura nacional caminan al paso de la tortuga o inclusive, están paralizados. Las grandes carreteras que podrían darle un respiro a la logística de transporte de mercancías y de personas en el país, siguen atascadas, paralizadas o simplemente desfinanciadas.
