Resumen
El presente estudio tiene como objetivo identificar los factores críticos que facilitan o dificultan la implementación del modelo de franquicias en Costa Rica. Para ello utilizará el contraste de criterios de diferentes actores que intervienen en el sistema de franquicias. Al final de la investigación se presenta un resumen que sintetiza las variables que más afectan el proceso de transformación de las empresas costarricenses en franquicias.
The objective of this study is to identify the critical factors that facilitate or hinder the implementation of the franchise model in Costa Rica. For this, it will use the contrast of criteria of different actors that intervene in the franchise system. At the end of the investigation, a summary is presented that synthesizes the variables that most affect the transformation process of Costa Rican companies into franchises.
