¿Por qué son tan caros para el Estado los frijoles del gallo pinto?

Abstract

Lamentablemente los frijoleros nacionales muchas veces desconocen este negocio de unos cuantos vivillos que se esconden en unas cuantas asociaciones de productores y que se justifican políticamente con autoridades que no han sido del todo transparentes y diligentes. Resolver este tema nos permitiría tener frijoles más baratos y poder ampliar la cantidad de asociaciones y productores nacionales que participan del PAI, creo que eso debería ser el norte.
