The term "company" derives from the concept of "undertake", therefore, we can associate the business concept with the set of operations aimed at achieving plans and goals that derive from a general objective. All business actions, both in the sector private as well as in the public sector, must have a defined objective, seeking Maximize the wealth of the invested capital, whatever its nature or origin. Companies carry out a series of operations, which are the result of two aspects Fundamental: the decisions made by their owners or administrators and the activities carried out by its employees and officers. The financial position of any company and its value will depend on the performance of these two types of operations. Within the first group, we find the fundamental decisions that must be made by all companies, which must be the product of a proactive work of its different components; in the second group, are the productive, commercial, administrative, accounting and financial, which must be aimed at specifying the objectives and decision taken by the owners and administrators.
