The work presented here has managed to determine the following findings: The most important predictors of the levels of acceptance of the virtual classroom by the student sector are the number of years the student has been using it and the level of technological literacy of the professors who use it in academic management. There is a moderate and positive correlation (.546) between the level of updating of academics in the use of technology according to the particularities of the career and the existence of specialized software in the academic unit for professional practice. A moderate and positive correlation (.500) was found between the interest of the authorities in incorporating technologies in the educational level of the academic unit and having specialized software for the development of research. There is a moderate and positive correlation (.556) between the academics' interest in incorporating technology in the classroom and their concern for being updated in terms of technologies specific to the professional practice of their careers. The Faculties of Philosophy and Letters and Social Sciences show the greatest lag with respect to the use of the Internet from the student perspective. Disciplines such as literature, philosophy and social sciences are the ones with the greatest problems in terms of technological updating of teachers. The main Internet connection device used by students is not the computer, but the cell phone. 7 out of 10 students consider that those classes that incorporate information and communication technologies are more interesting than those that do not. There is a strong current of synergy between students, authorities and academics that technology should be an integral part of the management of educational processes for the improvement of quality and the production of intellectual capital. The variable majority participation of students in courses with virtual classrooms is a significant predictor of the factor perception of the capabilities of the UNAVIRTUAL program. According to the value of beta, an increase of one unit in the levels of student participation in virtual classroom courses predicts an increase of .44 in the Perception of Capabilities Factor of the program. That is, the more courses taken with virtual classroom, the stronger the Program is considered to be.( p< 0.01). In addition, the variable Training on the use of the Virtual Classroom by academics is a significant predictor of the factor Perception of capabilities of the UNAVIRTUAL Program. According to the value of beta, an increase of one unit in the level of training in the virtual classroom by academics predicts and predicts an increase of .29 in the factor. That is to say, the more trained the students feel in relation to the classroom, the stronger they feel about the program. ( p< 0.01) The independent variable Fully managing software programs by academics predicts and explains .476 of the behavior of the factor endowment of technologies and school policies, which means that to the extent that teachers have technological skills, it increases and predicts the increase in the management of academic units to generate actions in the field. ( p< 0.01). Likewise the variable the majority of the Professors use the virtual classroom is an important predictor, since it explains . 350 of the factor. That is to say, the increase in one unit of the use of the classroom allows explaining .35 of the factor with ( p< 0.01). The independent variables Presence of specialized software of the professional fields .554 with ( p< 0.01) and the level of acceptance of the students with respect to the virtual classroom .383 with ( p< 0.01) are significant predictors of the Factor pedagogical mediation through the use of technology. It is recommended to: 1. To massify virtual education within the University: it is possible that strategies should be created so that virtual education becomes something more than what it is at present. 2. Rethink the identity of the UNAVIRTUAL Program based on the feedback from the University's leading academics in technology management. 3. Recognize students as a sector to which the program should be directed.
