La pandemia golpea con especial virulencia a América Latina, cuyos gobiernos no solo enfrentan el desafío de salud pública más peligroso en años, sino también la acumulación de problemas vinculados con la desigualdad social que ha campeado históricamente por las urbes y el campo latinoamericanos.
