Abstract

Presenta un análisis de la historia esparcida a lo largo y ancho del Valle Central costarricense a finales del siglo XIX y las primeras dos décadas del siglo XX, tomando en cuenta temas de asentamientos, agricultura, economía, viviendas domésticas y demás que influyeron en la sociedad.

It presents an analysis of the history of the Costa Rican Central Valley from the late 19th century through the first two decades of the 20th century, examining topics such as settlement, agriculture, the economy, housing, and other factors that shaped society.
