Percepción y acción ante la amenaza: relatos de productores y recolectores cosechas 2020-2021, 2021-2022

Abstract

Durante la pandemia, el registro etnográfico rural se adaptó para documentar cómo productores y recolectores enfrentaron la crisis sanitaria. Uno de los dilemas centrales fue la “rebusca”: salir o no a recolectar alimentos, equilibrando riesgo de contagio y necesidad económica. El proyecto Percepción y acción ante la amenaza recopiló relatos de las cosechas 2020-2022, revelando estrategias de adaptación, solidaridad y reorganización del trabajo agrícola ante la incertidumbre.

During the pandemic, rural ethnographic recording was adapted to document how producers and harvesters faced the health crisis. One of the central dilemmas was whether or not to go out to collect food, balancing the risk of contagion and economic need. The Perception and Action in the Face of Threat project compiled accounts of the 2020-2022 harvests, revealing strategies of adaptation, solidarity, and reorganization of agricultural work in the face of uncertainty.
